Working principle of 200X pilot operated pressure reducing valve

When installing in the pipeline network, attention should be paid to the direction of water flow being consistent with the arrow on the valve body.

3. Gate valves should be installed before and after the valve for maintenance purposes.
4. The opening degree of the needle valve is 1/4 turn, and the control valve is in the fully open position.

If there is a "hunting vibration" phenomenon (periodic opening or closing) during the operation of the 7.200X adjustable pilot pressure reducing valve, the needle valve should be slightly closed in a clockwise direction to reduce the closing speed of the shut-off port and prevent the "hunting vibration" phenomenon.
